I took some shirts from the Goodwill bag and cut them up to make this wall hanging. I loved the patterns and texture in these shirts and supplemented them with fabric from some linen slacks and a linen jacket for the background. Machine pieced and quilted, the finished piece is 40” by 24”. What I learned from this project: synthetic fabric is HARD to work with!
